The Breckenridge gardens provide over 2 acres of both organic produce to be used in Malcolm’s daily menus, as well as, ample space to wander, unwind, and observe some of the 30 species of native bird life spotted on the property. The lavender grown here is also harvested to make Breckenridge’s signature bathroom amenities.
