The Boathouse is a striking, airy structure based on the design of a colonial woolshed that used to stand on the property. Generous indoor and outdoor entertainment areas flow seamlessly into each other. The Boathouse sleeps four people in two bedrooms – one king master bedroom and one twin room. There is one bathroom in The Boathouse itself and another in the adjacent building.
The Vineyard Villa takes its name from its unique location, tucked quietly among The Landing’s established vines. An entertainer’s haven or a romantic’s escape, the house sleeps six comfortably, with two king bedrooms, a generous master suite and two bathrooms.
The Gabriel Residence is a modern home inspired by the traditional form of New Zealand farm buildings. There is a large main living area, with three other self-contained indoor living areas. The Gabriel Residence sleeps eight people in four equal-status king bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, all with superb views and luxurious ensuite bathrooms.
The Cooper Residence sits on a headland site with 360-degree views of the surrounding ocean and countryside. Five luxurious bedroom suites, each with its own distinctive character, sleep up to 12 guests and six bathrooms. At the Cooper Residence, guests will have all their cuisine requirements looked after by their own personal chef.
The Landing’s personal chef can tailor every aspect of every meal to suit you, creating garden-to-plate dishes using produce grown on-site alongside locally-sourced ingredients and fish caught in our own bays. The Landing’s award-winning vineyard provides a stunning range of wines and our cellar boasts extended New Zealand and European selections.
